Dr. J.B. Hansen
Dr. James B. Hansen co-founded Black Eagle Security Team in 2002 and leads the firm's strategic direction and client relationships. As president of J. Burke Hansen and Associates and a former senior consultant for Canaudit Inc., he brings deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and enterprise security strategy across public and private sector organisations. He holds the Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) designation from the Association of Government Accountants — reflecting a long-standing commitment to rigorous professional standards in government and institutional environments.
Neil Holzman
Neil oversees operations and client delivery at Black Eagle Security Team. He works closely with clients to translate security assessments into actionable programmes and ensures every engagement delivers measurable outcomes against the organisation's security and business goals.
Dave Marsh
Dave is founder and CEO of Mustard Research Limited and brings over three decades of hands-on cyber security experience to Black Eagle Security Team. A PCI DSS QSA, CISM holder, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, he has delivered major security engagements for HSBC, BP, Mitsubishi UFJ, Diageo, Burberry, Sainsbury's, and Fortnum & Mason. His technical background spans cryptographic payment systems, AI-assisted penetration testing, and PCI compliance — with a first class honours degree in Computer Science from Portsmouth University underpinning a career built on engineering rigour and clear, customer-focused delivery.
