To whom it may concern, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge my experience with the BEST/SecuSolutions learning team, on the online security training we recently completed with them. The entire process was made easy from the very beginning and easy to navigate. It was very enlightening and eye-opening to learn so much about internet security, password strength, and how easily these areas can be detrimental to our workspace, and our personal devices.
Since taking the course, I personally have changed my personal passwords in strength, and have implemented some of the suggestions to our dental office’s new standards. Starting with setting up a secure Guest WiFi for our patients, and changing all the passcodes to a stronger form. I am especially more aware of all of the “phishing scams” that come not only via email- but via text to my personal cell phone. These lessons and training have been shared with my co-workers and with my children and husband at home. This training is an asset to anyone who depends on technology in their day-to-day activities. Most important for those who maybe don’t use so much technology, as they are potentially more at risk, Thanks for the insight and the opportunity to take this course of training.
